Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can always reference your past orders in through your personal account login.
Taxes, Duties, Customs and Fees
Hills Point Industries, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Taxes for your order will be calculated and displayed in the checkout cart and will vary depending on the tax jurisdiction of the applicable state.
Shipment Damages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please ensure to save all packaging materials and damaged materials before filing your claim. International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipment to countries outside of the United States.
